Terms of Service – xrowdeal | Secure USDT Escrow Protocol

1. Protocol Overview

xrowdeal operates as a decentralized-style secure escrow protocol facilitating the transfer of digital assets via USDT (Tether). We act exclusively as a neutral third-party arbiter and do not hold ownership or liability for the digital goods transacted within the platform environment.

By initializing an account or engaging in deal protocols, you enter into a binding legal agreement with xrowdeal.

2. User Eligibility

Access is restricted to individuals at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their specific jurisdiction. Participation in xrowdeal protocols implies a guarantee that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Account Security & Identity

Users are solely responsible for the cryptographic security of their account credentials. Under this agreement, you acknowledge:

Account sharing or entity-proxy accounts are strictly prohibited.
xrowdeal reserves the right to request proof-of-identity for high-volume transactions.
Fraudulent behavior results in an immediate and permanent protocol ban.

4. The Escrow Mechanism

4.1 **Currency:** The platform exclusively processes USDT (Tether) for all settlement layers.

4.2 **Deal Creation:** Sellers define deal parameters including title, Category, Hold/Release duration, and Valuation.

4.3 **Fund Locking:** Upon Buyer initiation, funds are moved to a secure, audited platform vault. Delivery instructions are only issued once the deposit is manually verified by the audit team.

4.4 **Settlement:** Fund release occurs only upon manual confirmation from the Buyer or the expiration of the pre-agreed hold timer.

Revenue Model Notice: Platform fees are applied exclusively to the **Seller's final payout**. The Buyer is guaranteed a 0% commission environment and receives the exact valuation agreed upon in the deal creation phase.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities result in immediate account termination and fund freezing:

Engagement in money laundering or terrorism financing.
Trading of illegal digital substances or phished assets.
Exploitation of protocol vulnerabilities or botting.
Circumvention of the referral reward system.

6. Settlement & Fees

6.1 Fees are calculated dynamically based on the security hold duration selected at deal launch.

6.2 Settlement is final. Once funds are released to the Seller's internal balance, the transaction is irreversible.

6.3 xrowdeal does not charge for canceled or failed deals. Your capital is returned in full in the event of a breach of terms by the counterparty.

7. Dispute Resolution Tribunal

Disputes are settled via our internal Tribunal. Decisions are reached based on file metadata, chat history, and blockchain hashes. All Tribunal verdicts are final and binding within the platform ecosystem.

8. Limitation of Liability

xrowdeal is not liable for losses resulting from user error, including incorrect wallet addresses or external phishing attempts. Our liability is strictly capped at the total valuation of the specific disputed deal.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively within the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
