Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of xrowdeal’s USDT escrow service. By creating an account, joining a deal, or using the platform in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our related policies linked below.

1. About xrowdeal

xrowdeal provides an online escrow coordination service for trades priced in USDT (Tether). We help buyers and sellers document a deal, confirm payment, track delivery, apply optional hold periods, and process seller payout after the agreed steps are met.

What we are not: xrowdeal is not a bank, exchange, custodian, or money transmitter in the traditional sense. We do not take ownership of the digital goods being sold. We are not a party to your private agreement except as described in these Terms and in the deal record you create on the platform.

How funds move: Buyers typically send USDT using payment instructions shown on xrowdeal (enabled payment methods). We review payment proofs and update deal status. Seller payouts are sent to the wallet or payout method the seller provides when release is processed—not through a shared “vault” balance you can withdraw at will before the deal completes.

Operational detail for trades is in our Escrow service rules, How it works, and Fees & pricing. Data handling is in our Privacy Policy.

Registration and security

Account status

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, our escrow rules, or applicable law. Suspended or banned users may be unable to sign in or complete deals. See also Security.

4. Escrow service

By creating, joining, or completing a deal on xrowdeal, you agree to the following principles and to our detailed Escrow service rules.

Deal terms are fixed at creation

The seller sets the deal amount, description, category, hold days, and who pays the escrow service fee (buyer, seller, or 50/50). Those terms apply to that deal unless we change status as part of support, payment review, or dispute resolution.

Typical lifecycle

  1. Created — seller lists the deal; buyer may join with a deal code or link.
  2. Joined — buyer is bound to the deal terms shown.
  3. Payment — buyer pays the total shown (deal amount, buyer’s share of escrow fee if any, and payment-method fee) and uploads proof; xrowdeal reviews before marking the deal paid.
  4. Delivery — seller delivers; buyer may accept or reject delivery.
  5. Hold — after the buyer confirms receipt, the deal enters a hold period for the number of days set at creation.
  6. Release — after the hold period and required payout details, xrowdeal processes seller payout and marks the deal completed when release is executed.

Your obligations as a party

Automated and administrative actions

Blockchain risk: USDT transfers you initiate on a blockchain network are generally irreversible. xrowdeal is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, wrong network, or outside the instructions on your deal page.

5. Fees and payments

Escrow service fee

The escrow service fee rate starts at 5% of the deal amount plus 0.1% for each hold day on the deal . The fee in USDT is calculated from that rate and shown when the deal is created; it does not change for that deal after creation unless we correct an error.

At deal creation, the seller chooses whether the buyer, seller, or both (50/50) pays the escrow service fee. That choice determines how much the buyer pays in and how much the seller receives on payout.

Other charges

When fees apply

Escrow service fees are charged in connection with successfully completed deals as described on Fees & pricing. If a deal is canceled, disputed, or does not complete, refunds, fee treatment, and any amounts already paid are handled according to these Terms, the escrow rules, and the outcome of any dispute—not as an automatic “no fee ever” or “full refund guaranteed” policy for every situation.

Current pricing examples and payer options are on the Fees & pricing page. That page is part of our service description; if it conflicts with these Terms on a legal point, these Terms control.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use xrowdeal to:

We may report serious violations to law enforcement where appropriate.

7. Disputes

Either buyer or seller may open a dispute on an eligible active deal (not completed, canceled, or already disputed). Opening a dispute sets the deal to disputed and pauses seller payout while we review.

Finality: Dispute and release decisions made by xrowdeal under these Terms are final for platform purposes (status, payout, and account access). If you disagree, your remedy is to stop using the service and pursue any rights you may have under applicable law.

Process details: Dispute resolution.

8. Referrals and partners

xrowdeal may offer referral commissions, partner programs, and affiliate wallet withdrawals subject to separate rules and settings (commission rates, unlock periods, minimum withdrawal amounts, and eligibility).

See Referral program rules and Referral program for current program terms.

9. Enforcement and termination

We may, with or without notice depending on severity:

You may stop using xrowdeal at any time. Closing your account does not remove obligations for deals already in progress, amounts owed, or records we must keep for legal or operational reasons.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Service “as is”

xrowdeal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every counterparty will perform honestly. You use the service at your own risk.

No warranty on goods

We do not warrant the quality, legality, or delivery of items traded between users. Sellers and buyers are responsible for their representations and for verifying counterparties and deliverables.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xrowdeal and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a specific deal is limited to the lesser of (a) the escrow service fees we collected on that deal or (b) the deal amount in USDT stated on that deal—except where law does not allow such a cap.

We are not liable for losses caused by your mistake (wrong wallet, wrong network, phishing, shared passwords), third-party networks, or events outside our reasonable control.

11. General provisions
