xrowdeal is a USDT escrow service: we structure each deal with clear statuses, payment review,
optional hold periods, and human dispute handling—not instant peer-to-peer transfers with no record.
Here is how we help protect buyers and sellers.

Structured escrow
Deals move through defined steps—join, pay, deliver, confirm, hold, release—so both sides know what happens next.
Payment review
Buyers upload payment proof; our team confirms payment before the deal is marked paid.
Post-delivery hold
After the buyer confirms delivery, funds can stay on hold for the period chosen at deal creation before seller payout.
Dispute pause
When a dispute is open, seller payout is paused while we review chat, proofs, and evidence.
1. Account security
Measures that protect your login and profile:
Hashed passwords—passwords are stored using one-way hashing, not plain text
Login protection—after repeated failed sign-in attempts, the account is temporarily locked (about 30 minutes) to slow brute-force attacks
Secure sessions—sign-in uses an HTTP-only session cookie over HTTPS when you browse the site normally
CSRF protection—sensitive forms (login, signup, profile, deals) include security tokens to block cross-site request forgery
Email verification—new accounts verify email ownership before full use
Account status—banned or suspended accounts cannot sign in; sessions are checked against the database on each request
Sign-in visibility—your profile shows last login time and IP so you can spot unfamiliar access
Password reset—use the forgot-password flow if you lose access; never share reset links with anyone
Optional identity verification (KYC) may be available for higher-trust use cases. See your account menu when offered.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Deal and payment safety
Escrow protection comes from the process, not from us holding crypto in a shared wallet on your behalf. Buyers send USDT using the methods shown on the deal; the platform records status and coordinates release.

Complete
Deal rules upfront—amount, description, hold days, who pays the service fee, and payout expectations are set when the deal is created. See Escrow service rules.
Payment proof required—buyers upload proof; deals move to paid only after review, reducing fake “I paid” claims.
Delivery confirmation—the buyer confirms receipt (or disputes) before funds enter the post-delivery hold window.
Hold period—gives time to open a dispute if something is wrong before seller payout is released by our team.
Disputes—either party can file on eligible active deals; payout stays frozen until resolved. Details: Dispute resolution.
In-deal chat and files—messages and uploads stay on the deal record for both parties and support review; use them for agreements and evidence.
Stale listings removed—deals that stay unjoined for 24 hours may be deleted automatically to reduce abandoned listings.
Important:
USDT sent on a blockchain is irreversible. Always double-check wallet addresses and network (e.g. TRC20) on the payment screen before you send funds outside xrowdeal.
3. Platform practices
HTTPS for traffic between your browser and xrowdeal
Role-based admin access—only authorized staff can review payments, releases, and disputes
Cloud file storage for uploads (payment proofs, delivery files, dispute evidence) with access limited to platform workflows
Automated cleanup jobs that remove old unjoined deals and expire ephemeral support data where configured
No sale of user data—see the privacy policy for sharing with counterparties and service providers only as needed to run the service
We do not claim that in-deal chat is end-to-end encrypted. Protect sensitive information; assume deal content can be reviewed if there is a dispute or support ticket.
Service fees apply to completed deals as described on Fees & pricing. Canceled or incomplete deals follow our escrow and terms policies for refunds and charges.
4. What you should do
Platform tools work best when users follow safe trading habits:
Strong, unique passwordDo not reuse passwords from other sites. Change yours from account settings if you suspect compromise.
Protect your emailAccount recovery and notifications go to your email. Enable 2FA on your email provider if available.
Keep proof on-platformUpload payment and delivery evidence on the deal. Off-platform-only agreements are harder to review in disputes.
Beware of phishingxrowdeal will not ask for your password or seed phrase by chat or email. Use the official site URL and sign in there.
Verify payout detailsWhen withdrawing referral earnings or deal payouts, confirm wallet addresses and networks before submitting.
Read deal termsDescribe deliverables clearly. False or edited evidence violates our Terms of service.
Limits:
xrowdeal cannot reverse blockchain transactions you initiate from your own wallet. We coordinate escrow status and payouts according to deal rules and reviews—we are not a bank and do not insure market or counterparty risk beyond our published policies.
5. Why use escrow instead of direct P2P?
Direct peer-to-peer USDT trades are fast but leave little structure when something goes wrong. xrowdeal adds a documented workflow and support path.
