This policy explains what information xrowdeal collects when you use our USDT escrow service,
how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run accounts, deals,
payouts, referrals, and support—not to sell your personal data.

1. Information we collect
We ask for details that are needed to create and secure your account, process escrow deals, pay out earnings, and help you when something goes wrong.
Account and profile
Full name, username, and email address (used to sign in and receive notifications)
Password, stored only as a secure hash—we never store your plain-text password
Optional profile fields such as phone number, country, address, and profile photo if you add them
Referral code, who referred you (if any), and whether you registered through a partner link
Email verification status and, when enabled, one-time codes sent to your email
Deals, payments, and disputes
Deal details you enter: title, description, amount, category, hold period, and who pays the service fee
Deal status history, timestamps, and in-deal chat messages
Payment proofs, delivery confirmations, payout instructions, and files you upload (images, documents, archives within platform limits)
Dispute descriptions and evidence if you open a dispute on an active deal
Referrals, partners, and withdrawals
Referral and partner commission records tied to completed deals
Payout wallet addresses and payment-method details you submit when withdrawing USDT or referral earnings
Security and technical logs
Sign-in time and IP address (shown in your profile for your awareness)
Basic device or browser information recorded at registration or login to help detect abuse
Failed login attempts and account restrictions when our systems flag suspicious activity
Optional identity verification (KYC)
If you choose to complete identity verification, we may collect government ID images, ID numbers, and related address information. Submission is voluntary unless we ask you for compliance reasons.
What we do not require by default:
We do not need your government ID to open a standard account or create most deals. Only provide payout details and proofs that match the payment methods shown on your deal.
2. How we use your information
We use the data above to operate xrowdeal, not to build advertising profiles.
Create and authenticate your account, and send security or transaction emails you expect
Run escrow deals: matching buyer and seller, confirming payment, delivery, hold periods, and releases
Calculate and apply service fees, referral commissions, and partner rewards
Review disputes, payment proofs, and chat when you or the other party need help—see Dispute resolution
Process withdrawal requests to the wallet or method you specify
Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of service, and comply with lawful requests
Improve reliability and respond through our Help Center
3. Who can see your information
We do not sell your personal data. Limited sharing happens only where the service requires it:
Your deal counterparty sees your username and deal-related messages, files, and status—the information needed to complete that trade
xrowdeal staff with a legitimate need (support, payment review, disputes, fraud prevention) can access deal records, proofs, and evidence you uploaded
Service providers that host our site, database, email delivery, or file storage process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
Authorities when we are required to respond to valid legal process or to protect users and the platform
Blockchain transactions you make outside xrowdeal (for example, sending USDT from your own wallet) are public on the network; we do not control on-chain visibility.
4. How we store and protect data
We use HTTPS for traffic between your browser and xrowdeal when you use the site normally
Uploaded deal files and dispute evidence are stored in secure cloud storage, with access limited to authorized systems and staff workflows
Administrative access to sensitive records is restricted by role; we monitor for misuse
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to complete deals, resolve disputes, meet financial and legal record-keeping obligations, and defend against claims. Some logs or deal records may be retained longer where the law requires it.
For more about account safety practices, see Security.
Your responsibility:
Use a strong unique password, keep your email secure, and never share payment proofs or wallet access with anyone outside the deal flow on xrowdeal.
5. Your choices and rights
Update profile data anytime from your account settings (name, phone, address, and similar fields)
Correct deal information only while the deal status still allows edits; contact support if something critical is wrong
Export or deletion requests—email us or open a ticket via the Help Center. We may need to keep certain deal and financial records even after account closure
Marketing—transactional emails about your deals and account are part of the service; we do not rely on third-party ad trackers on the platform
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights (access, correction, deletion, objection). Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Session cookie—keeps you signed in while you use xrowdeal; it is required for the site to work
Partner referral cookie—if you arrive via a partner link, we may store a short-lived cookie (about 30 days) so partner attribution works when you sign up
We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the escrow platform. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but you will need to sign in again.
